Nipple accessories on the character appear in the wrong position and size during actual gameplay, but they display correctly in the chara editor and studio.

One possible reason is that all nipple accessories are locked to a fixed size and position, regardless of the specific item (for example the earrings below)

Does anyone know how to fix this?

if u r questioning about the Breast size then its the Pushup menu on clothing state in charmaker
and for accessories, it must be on a fixed place with fixed scale if it doesnt follow the breast position as parent

Thanks! It was an issue with the accessory—I’ve already figured out the fix. Just bind it directly to the chest bone in the position option and it works perfectly
