How to export video in chara studio?

Previoulsy i could record by clicking Ctrl+u to open the recording setting but a few days ago i accidently had deleted the folder so i downloaded the newer version alltogther
but now when i press Ctrl+u the recording window does not appear
does someone figure out what's the problem, i"ll be very grateful
I can open the timeline by clicking Ctrl+ t but the video export window is not appearing at all

Press F1 to open the plugin settings and search for Video Exporter. You can change the UI key for it there
