this scene works fine for me. I dont see the error on images as well. do you mean blur effect or something with better penetration related?

In that scene, there are scenes 1, 2, and 3. The first scene worked well, but in the second scene, the intercourse proceeded with the genitals in a bent state. I wanted to resolve this issue.

If the problem is related to the penis, usually the problem is within the better penetration plugin. mine is "Sunshine Studio Better Penetration 4.5.5.1".
This scene does not use Better Penetration, but the "Man" does (by default for me).

You can just try to change his penis to "BP SoS" or "SoS". It is important even if he does not use his original penis but another object as his penis to get FK nodes for penis and IK for body as in this scene

Or if your problem is only the main angle of the penis, you can adjust it by selecting it in his Crotch->Penis->Penis2 and changing it.
