Unable to remove "chubbyness"

So im trying to remove the "chubby" from the female character in japs8005 recent scene but i cannot find any way to do it... every time i try a new character, the stomach get deformed again. Node constraint dosnt show anything and even if i remove everything from the timeline, it still there -_-
