Kyonko seems to have their cards locked down pretty tightly, but Daiwa Scarlet is a pretty popular character and a lot of the Uma Musume cards share the same mods.
One creator that shows up a lot is Darwin_P, who's latest Daiwa can be found here. I've found that the majority of Uma mods can be traced back to them, there's a mega archive in their profile info.
