Request [HELP] Trying to make an accurate eye texture for Rurikawa Tsubaki

Just as the title says, I'm genuinely trying to make an accurate and proper eye texture for Rurikawa Tsubaki. I'm new at this but I gave it a shot. I tried painting it myself and following the colors shape, but I can't get it to be just like how Kyockcho does it.

It's looks good enough but it's not clean if you look at the eye texture. I tried extracting the eye, painting over it, tried AI generating the eye, add fades, but it still looks dirty on close up.

This is just a simple request to someone who is better at me in painting or making things cleaner. I really want to give the eye that clean polish. Any help on this will be appreciated.

I think you can play around with some filters in photoshop. Don't really have time to check which function is the best for you, but I will try to figure something for you if i get some free time.

One thing for sure is that there are some details that you might have to get your hands dirty. Since there is so much the filters can do.

I have no problem with that. I already spent a good chuck of time making this eye coz I'm new to this. I'll take any help to get to where I need to go
