I think thats just a lighting issue, it looks fine on my end when messing with lighting, and I can't make any texture changes to cards anyways. I've tried applying the proper main tex for beermans cards and it always freezes after I load import the proper texture and try to save.Thanks a lot, I was missing a few new things.
I will at least repay you with a modified overlay under priscilla's top. (because the one there also seems too faded in color)
by the way, if someone doesn't have or doesn't know, I threw in an alternative hair under rem/ram (these are with maid accessories)

Where? because I've just made another search and nothing at all, literally, like I tried without numbers on his name, with numbers, in hiragana, katakana, romaji, his other name that shows up on kemono, and nothing shows up besides some older cards and a few that were, supposedly, removed from the site (none of them were any of the cards I've been looking for btw), so unless it's incredibly well hidden I'm pretty sure it's not uploaded there

While I'm still logged in. Has anyone else been having problems with the face animations with the latest Hongcha scenes? Maybe it's the face structure of my characters, but when I replace Chika with mine, it's like they have half-closed eyes.
As a note, all my characters use HeadMod2, in case that's precisely the problem.
I don't know if anyone understand what I mean, I would like to post a comparative image but I have no idea how to do it on this site.

When I import a texture using material editor, when I close so I can save the changes the moment I close material editor with the change I just made it freezes and never unfreezes and I really ain't that picky about accuracy, except y'know when theres actual missing textures.you misunderstood me, I meant the colors that are applied in the assets, they are simply poorly reproduced, too faded in color, besides, see for yourself what color it should be. closer to red and black. that's why I changed it, maybe it will be useful to someone, if someone pays attention to details.

Generally it's not a problem of lighting or anything else, just the textures implemented inside, which have the wrong color palette set in the overlay, made by the person responsible for creating this asset.

In general, I don't know what kind of replacement you are writing about, it is enough that you do it in the material editor and import the png.

The problem is that HongCha is using a different headtype than normal for all of his scenes, causing most of the timeline blendshape data for the faces to be removed when the characters are replaced.
To fix this, go into the timeline data for Chika, save it as single file, replace Chika with your character, delete the face blendshape timeline data if it's still there, and then load the single file timeline data you saved.
You may run into the same problem with other scenes as well, so try this method for them too.

It's a very strange thing because the Blendshape works (in theory), as the mouth and eyes are in the same node [BS Eyes/Mouth] and essentially the mouth moves but the eyes don't.
