There are way too many ways. I'd probably start by changing the extension to a text format and comparing both texts to see if they contain any differences.

Changing the file extension didn't work here, as the most file content are serialized MessagePack. Luckily, I found this KoikatuCharaLoader tool, which can deserialize the card, at least work effectively for Suou's cards, btw, his idea about marking is quite clever!
