Hi, I've had this problem with some scenes for a long time, and I've always wanted to know if there's a solution. I'm attaching a video and a scene.
p.s. you might be wondering why some maps are missing in the scene I hid them all just to make the boobs look better. And yeah, I’ve got all the mods that scene needs.

I had the same problem too but recently fixed it.
I couldn't find the exact cause, but I suspect it's a plugin issue (it wasn't related to mods).
I solved it by applying the HF Patch to the latest BetterRepack and then replacing the entire BepInEx folder.
