To the person that requested that Chikan Undercover Agent Rina card a week back: Sorry, it'll be a bit longer. Combo of being busy and perfectionism kicked in and I ended up wanting to make all four of her outfits lol. I know you said it doesn't have to be perfect, but, I don't like doing things in half measures.
Also I'm having the strangest trouble finding fitting pieces for her front hair.
