First issue:
Most likely a mismatch with nodeconstraints versions, or possibly a mismatch with Timeline versions. Animations made with older versions are likely to break in unpredictable ways. You can remedy this by trying different versions of each plugin until it loads right, OR try to fix the existing animations so they work. I prefer to attempt fixing them, as loading older versions of plugins on newer frameworks can cause a lot of possible issues.

Most of the time you can fix broken nodeconstraints animations by just updating the positions/rotations of the suspect objects. What I usually do when encountering a busted one is bring the timeline all the way to the beginning, then disable each nodeconstraint which is causing problems, then update each one's properties so they are working off new position/rotation data, then re-enable them. 9 times out of 10 this resolves issues.

Second issue:
I'm not sure what this could be, you should check the terminal logs for CharaStudio to see what it fucked up loading. It sounds like there may be missing mods or something else in those scenes is screwing it up. If you can post the scenes I can check them out for you.

Third issue:
This is not an issue with bonemods, but rather alphamasks. A quick and dirty fix is to use a Tesselation shader on the clothing object, then tweak the displacefull/displacemultiplier sliders until the clipping disappears. Most of the time this works fine, but you may still have clipping you can't quite eliminate. The fix for that is to make a new alphamask or edit the existing one for it, so it completely hides parts of the body occluded by the clothing. Why these things sometimes break on new versions of plugins, I do not know, but I've had to fix quite a few of them, particularly on older coordinate cards or mods.

Fourth issue:
Seems like an issue with Post Processing Effects to me, again, if you can provide the scene in question, I can check it out for you. Some scenes were made with specific PPE settings in mind, and if they're old enough, that data will NOT be saved into the scene file. Often times these scenes would come packaged with a PPE preset you are supposed to use alongside of it.

1 - It seems like I have a large amount of scenes with the issue, and they're scenes I made/edited, and don't want to fix them all one at a time this way. Where would I acquire/try older nodeconstraint versions just to test?

2 - Fixed thanks to that guy who provided his plugin folder around the same time as my post. Replaced one plugin at a time until I stopped having the issue. Not sure what caused, out of sight out of mind.

I have this lighting issue in a lot of scenes, so if there's some sort of updated set of plugins/files to make lighting better, that'd probably be the best start, if you're familiar.

Hey there, my bad that this took so long! I have many of these scenes I'm about to list, but the folders are very poorly organized and tend to have a bunch of my personal OCs in them (which I'd rather not expose since that could get me identified). Still, if you're feeling lazy I can see about putting together some archives.

That said, Cephalon's scenes are kinda crazy high quality, so it's hard to match his level as far as free scenes go, but here's a few (mostly) SFW scene makers distributing freely that I'd recommend.

Spoiler: It's a list wow

Slice of Life, CGDCT, Artsy stuff, and Showcase stuff

• Graves, Perseus, Shelter, Vargas, and Viktor - Folder shared by Perseus in a farewell post. Chances are that you've seen many of these scenes before, they're practically the baseline standard for good showcase scenes in the Koikatsu scene.
• Ryu (aka Karaena_Ryu) - Makes a lot of scenes you've probably seen before but were (almost) never sourced.
• sirusia_ritu30 (alternate link) - Another scene maker you've probably seen a whole lot of in card showcases.
• ウミナエ (aka uminaekurage) - A prolific scene maker with easy to adjust scenes for both Sunshine and base KK. Good for showcases and slice of life scenes.
• トンズ- Mostly cute stuff using Blue Archive characters
• JohnDoe - Another old hat in the scene making community
• Karuv - Mostly makes Bang Dream! scenes. Some NSFW in that getuploader.
• Mekeni - Great way to showcase your characters. Good lighting, simple poses, yadda yadda. Also makes outfits if you want something quick for your cards
• nonamewouldfit - Another Blue Archive focused scene maker. Just some cute slice of life stuff.
• rac - Slightly spooky stuff, mostly
• Luna - Office life stuff?
• Ann アン - Various themes. Just some nice stuff to put your characters in.
• Anteros - Artsy stuff
• mamehiyo - Much CGDCT
• ローズセラビ - Mixture of cool poses and slice of life stuff
• 試作型大咕咕 - Just neat
• 雑植物 - Showcase stuff
• Sam Cosmyson - I'd be more surprised if you haven't heard of him. Makes literally hundreds of scenes. Some tactical/military stuff, too.

SciFi/Fantasy stuff

• The Sock (aka SockOck aka Dooster) - The king of cool fantasy shit, imo. Scenes are heavy as fuck, but if you like Cephalon, then you're used to it. Also makes Titanfall stuff.
• mashirou - Makes OCs and puts them in adventurer's guilds and stuff. Kinda neat!
• ogfue - A mixture of CGDCT (Cute Girls Doing Cute Things) and neat fantasy stuff.
• Kira - Not really fantasy, but shiny action stuff that isn't really military either.
• Orekin - A bit of combat and other cool things
• Yakjzak - Ye
• 魔王小思（Devil_Xos）- Just makes whatever seems cool to them, and I agree that it's cool
• Warblade - Lots of anime and game character cards, and a few scenes come with all of them
• Sexpert - Their SFW stuff is really cool and tends to either be some degree of artsy or dynamic.

Modern Military stuff

• JetJaguar - A
• MagneticRailgun - Prolific military scene creator. Requires a lot of dham and pandaman mods. If you don't have those, do holler.
• dham (aka hamsta5) - Makes a lot of the gun mods that aren't made by Pandaman. Has made a few scenes, though a lot of it is fetishistic Girls With Guns slop, but I'll recommend them anyway because it's a good base for a scene
• Catgal Operator - Mostly makes tacticool versions of Blue Archive and Arknights characters, but has made some neat scenes
• jeger - Prolific military scene creator
• ばるさ - Good action scenes. Not so good R-18 stuff, but we aren't here for that, right now.

Koi Discord users to look up
At least ones that I don't think have Pixivs they use to actively share stuff

• 72maid - Focuses on 19th century Napoleonic scenes and cards. Generally neat stuff.
• _jeger_ - Only made one scene, but it was a cool scene
• raenseiz - Various themes. They have a pixiv but it doesn't have their scenes (lol)
• drstanley - Some NSFW, but the artistic kind. Mostly nice scenery.
• regularperson - Made one real nice Darkest Dungeon parody scene
• toastingmydeek - Neat abstract stuff

CAG cards are just cards afaik. Don't think they use anything particularly new? Regardless, they're on the orange fox K website.

Also the mod outfits are probably a mixture of dham and Pandaman's stuff. Looks like an assortment of stuff from Tarkov, Squad, and CoD, in any case.

Shit, sorry. I forgot about the mods. It's all in chinese so I can't really remember what they were called and it looks like Sunset Rayline delisted Eika. I know I uploaded Kanami's but hopefully the other mod is Eika's. If not, I'll just upload every Strinova/Calabiyau mod I can find in my mods folder and hope that works out.
