That guy is just a fake creator, reselling other people's cards.
He's been banned from both Patreon and Fanbox in the past.
I think Seth either hasn't noticed or hasn't reported it, so he's just being let off the hook.

no, the game first reads the game directory and loads and launch the game, u can only apply your method to cards overlays, coordinates and scene data's as they are just execution and loadable files where as mods are not

Is there any koikatsu creator that actually does dancing scenes with timelines? I know about vmd's but the camera is usually always off and it's hard to play with the system.
