Does anyone know how he adds texts? Does he edit it in after making it into a video? I assume it’s not studio related as his scenes never have text but I’m not 100% sure.

Maybe you're using Image Plate or some variant of it and have set it to fade in and out on the Charastudio timeline; that's a possibility.

You may also have added it with editing. I remember you can also export videos from Charastudio, which is another possibility.

Use 夕水坊(Xishuifang) card instead. Much more detailed and better optimized than Yimeng. And his franklin card is like 90% the same as xishifang. Yimeng cards are marked anyway.
