My advice is to start saving everything from Pixiv in a storage device, because it's been six months since a guy who makes scenes was taken down, both on Pixiv and X, and it all makes me think that the current problem isn't that they're re-uploading and selling things for free, but that now they're harassing people, which is a seven-level escalation.
