I remember that he and a few other users undertook this monumental task, all without seeking profit or fame, just to help the community.
At least it takes 8 to 12 hours to clean one card.

Can you explain some ways to downgrade textures properly so it wouldn't bloat the character card, is it just like using cad software and exporting them in 50% quality or maybe do you have some specific way?I spent 2 hrs to downgrade 4k textures of grafko kisaki. 232mb now only is 15mb.

I really want to downgrade some of these 4k coordinate textures on of my character cards. So that it wouldn't bloat my scenes.

anyway, aside from the pointers the others gave you, you can always save his signature, open it at some image editing software/app like Photoshop or Paint, paste the image you want above it and upload the new image you'll have. it'll have the same size as his.

Open up the texture in the image editor of choice, resize down to 512px, 1024px, or 2048px depending on your needs. Save as PNG. Run that PNG through something like PNGGauntlet if there aren't too many smooth gradients or PngOut if you need to preserve detail.
Also, if you're using a card that uses texture atlases for everything (i.e. accessories and clothes all use the same texture) you can optimize further by cropping out the relevant parts from the texture. For example, if the texture file for a pair of earrings from a gacha character also has the hair and clothing textures in it, open up the texture in an image editor and just crop out the earrings, instant 2-10MB savings right there.
