Ldki has been putting out much better quality, the flowglow ones are def the best available granted it's not the same ones that got leaked ages ago, he made better ones so can only cope they get posted sometime
For sfb mods, just load their card to have everything work fine for the head and just load outfits from others after.

the one I got from the ldki thread which was the riona one looks okay at first glance but I really don't like the way ldki does the front hair with a shield accessory lol

From what I can see...
KK_* stuff with the Arknights logo is old-ish Yata/Kapitalismus work and grabbed off Bepis.
The two Ch'en cards are off Pixiv.
Hoksi's Dusk, ProjektRed, Shu, and W have been shared a few times.
Several are AgentSKADI's cards and have been shared a few times.
A few SunsetRayline things were shared here in these forums.
Okazaki cards (including 德克萨斯Texas the Omertosa 1.05 and 斥罪Penance) are from 岡崎悠一. Stuff not available anymore may be found in the "Krampus" archive on these forums in the "Assorted Wallers" folder.
Stuff persona23 didn't get like Suzuran, Hibiscus the Purifier, and similar may be found in the Krampus archive in the willdie or Sendai folders.
Dunno about the rest.

The post that has all of floglow is the cards that leaked but after than he made better ones as the monthly card slot, but it was also when he made his cards marked so we never got any of them

Over the span of two months I've been doing thorough research and found these artists that have incredible AK cards:
- AgentSKADI
- Seimei Abe
- users/20816092 (岡崎悠一)
- eLLine
- Yata Durian (though she went into a paranoia and nuked her cards for some reason.)
- Sunset Rayline (Getting his cards is a pain. Seriously. I spent 2 hours browsing through the internet just to get some of them. And GoFile links are down within 24 hours if someone snitches.)
AgentSKADI has, personally, the best Eyjaf card. I'm pretty sure it was shared in this archive from AgentSKADI that DLCday2 obtained from SouthPlus (seriously, it's a pain in the ass to try to get into SouthPlus. And I am not chinese.)
