In my experience with other card creators (who usually include this "boost" version for free) it refers to a model with a larger bust and the same with the hips; basically an NSFW version.

I think it's because the model is using clothing with Tessellation (tess) that occupies a body with the same shader and it's not being applied; you could change the shader used by the body or the clothing; that's your decision, although with tess and if it's just one model in the scene, then it's worth it (I say this considering the GPU usage).
