It would be exclusively a guide to props for Chara Studio and accessories in Maker, because it's one of the few things I can mod for the game decently. I'll most likely make a tutorial on how to properly prepare and export models in Blender (any format to FBX with textures), and how to decimate (although I think there's an add-on that does it cleaner and without making the model look like it's made of cardboard). A good prop, in general, that goes to Koikatsu or Chara Studio needs to be mindful of its number of faces; otherwise, we'll fall into one of the many traps Yanderedev tripped over with his 5000-face brush. I also want to research add-ons that facilitate this whole process a bit more.
And in Unity, it's a bit more automatic once you get the hang of it.
I would provide a clear and concise guide, emphasizing some recommendations, such as this:
"If your fbx is a model with bones (armature), like for Charastudio, you'll always need a Root bone; otherwise, Unity will treat the first bone in the list as the root bone, which also distorts the orientation of all the other bones' axes."
"Mods for Koikatsu will also be visible in Charastudio, but anything you create for Charastudio will be exclusive to that platform."
It all depends on the AssetBundle and how you write the CSV file.
