It looks like an edited scene from one of the popular creators over the last ~3-4 months. Actually, it doesn't really have much to do with lolicon content.
The root cause is a certain unnameable "earthboat." Whenever anyone discusses or shares her cards, she mobilizes a large horde of her "Death Eaters" to mass-report and attack, with the main focus being reports of child pornography.
She is extremely skilled at this tactic, and to date, countless large and small adult forums have fallen victim to her campaigns. There was a period when, no matter how big the forum was, administrators would cave to her threats, delete the content, and issue bans prohibiting any discussion of her. She also employs a ton of people to constantly monitor searches about herself. F95 was actively fighting her right up until it was forcibly shut down by its own admins, but in the end, they still lost.

there certainly is some irony to be found on "soiledvessel's" actions, given what that author predominantly creates. and what char they mostly use. certainly on age old and dubious area of "no i dont use loli, they're conveniently poorly developed old hags, thrurst me bro. 100%" - i full well believe it was closed because the forum admins were sick of the ridiculous report spam paywall creators and their mind flayed slaves were causing. that and the infighting that sometimes happened on the KK section.
