I believe he removed these cards because of Gumroad´s new anti-loli rules, you should send him a dm on pixiv to check if he is still selling them.

well author doesnt have "キャラ配布(コイカツ)" (character_release) tags soo ...
not every author willing to share their stuff, ik some author does that and last time i asked nicely, he replied, rudely

Tbh if I see a creator use the "character release" tag and they don't actually share their cards I report them for tags misuse and it usually gets taken off the post.

They can choose to not share if they want, but then they shouldn't get the visibility boost from not doing so.
