I'm assuming you downloaded Imai-san's pre-fixed SixPlusWan scenes. In this case, it's probably because Imai-san themselves lacked the original mods for the scene and thus, it saved the mods being missing and not attempting to load the original scene with the SFX and cross-section mods.

If you want a fix, you're going to have to download the raw versions and fix it yourself. I believe someone posted the fixing instructions for a series of the more recent scenes in the last few pages of the thread.

Having trouble with Koi_s3 scene playback. The camera seems to not be placed correctly, and characters seem to only be not/partially animated. Not getting any missing mod warnings. I did a little digging on the old f95 thread and someone mentioned a problem with plugins, but i couldnt find a followup.
