select chara - KKPE - adv. mode - blend shapes check the "teeth" and/or "eyes/mouth" tab if it has been modified, if not, check if any of the bones in the mouth have been modified in the scene

I checked the head bones and it can only adjust the size of the head. I think it's like a pre set in the scene because no matter what character card I change the face will become like that.

It seems to be from ImSayaa. This might be from the Keqing scene released in February 2023, but for some reason, it was removed from Pixiv. They only made slight adjustments to the character's movements, but most of the timeline still belongs to ImSayaa.
