Maybe if you post the image source, it’ll be easier to find. Clothes can look completely different just by tweaking the rendering, colors, and materials. Trying to identify it from a single picture alone is a bit difficult.

found out that the cause was that the mod was not up to date !

Why don't understand the sentence above
Background: Both card author & mod author have 2 versions, let's just call them "old" and "new" ones. The "old" pair can work if put together, so does the "new" pair. But mixing "old" and "new" card/mod won't work.
Firstly I assume the card is "new" when I saw your conversation. So I downloaded the latest mod from OoOoO but not work. I then tried the fully function mod from OoOoO rather than the cloth-only public one, but still not work. I was wondering if the card is not "new" but I saw you already working, so I guess maybe you change some settings that I didn't? That's why I was asking.
Then I saw your post today.
From the files you uploaded:
1. The chara card is exactly the same as the previous member uploaded.
2. And about the "old" and "new" mods you uploaded, we might as well see the following snapshot:
The mod you marked as "new" has "older" modified date than the mod you marked as "old".
And I can confirm you, the mod you marked as "new" IS the "older" mod.
I think this explains why you can see things work at your side, because you are actually using both the "old" card and the "old" mod. (Although still not working at my side, but I'm not going to dig at it because they are already deprecated files. maybe someone else can.)
As a indirect proof of why I think the card is the "old" one -- because the "new" card shouldn't have a "older" modified date than the "new" mod.
And currently the card author is asking to use "July 25th" mod. Which is the modifed date of your "old" mod.
I believe the above should explain the whole matter. Let me know if I misunderstood anything.

Hope Everyone likes it, personally modified and fixed this scene, DK the creator but this shit was 8min long scene with just 48 sec of screen time and rest of yapping.

in other hand ,just have both mods installed on diff folder and enjoy, the game will auto select which mod will work, i had confusionat first tooo, so i talker with the creator and yes he said just put both mods on diff folder and it will work" ww_Phrolova - new " (compressed) => If the file name is " ww_Phrolova ", it is the latest.
folder with the file name " 2025.07_ww_Phrolova2 " is not the latest !

was judging by the card capacity, but when I saw the dates were different, realized it was a misunderstanding .
So, in the end, we conclude that the card is compatible with " old mod " ... 🔍💦

Furthermore, the mods so used are [ Lor, OoOoO, Makise, Grrack, Zheinchy, NItta(judge)]

That’s probably one of those outfits privately circulated among Chinese creators. I’ve tried looking for this set before and couldn’t find it anywhere. The source is also Sorahina, but on their Pixiv they only released the long hairstyle, not this outfit.it's came from this video, i did asked author for the outfit but no response from him
