i think some of his card is from:Ameki,
while others might be custom-made ones she commissioned.
I'm not 100% sure though, so you could try to find out yourself.

That said, I think even a single RTX 4080 with 32GB or 64GB of RAM could handle most of those tasks decently, depending on the project complexity.

Honestly if you are looking for specific juedge mods, it's almost impossible. Guy uses different mod names. edgewn or something like that doesn't use a mod named like that. I can only suggest people downloading all mods from his kemono until the card/outfit you are using the missing mod works... it's 12 pages tho
