Not necessarily fake — Alvarna never distributed this character at all. The preview image on the cover is indeed Suou’s cover, so unless the character card itself has an issue and the cover was swapped to trick people, it should be real.

Alvarna did release their Priscilla, though.

don't mislead people, of course Alvarna shared and did it for free, and it was many, many years ago before suou did priscilla. back in the days when suou was stealing ready-made free projects, for example from Dr. Charlie, and shamelessly selling them for real currency.

I'm generally surprised that someone still asks about Emilia or Priscilla from Re Zero by Suou with light modifications, when there have been hard mods for Emilia for many years, and for some time also for Priscilla.

I will share it later when I get on the computer and transfer it from EC to KK in the format I use
