bro it not even about copyright, there almost no way to quickly (didn't say impossible but could really take forever) reverse engineer, it like your pc got assign serial number by factory but they never tell you where that number is, it could be locate in tiny semiconductor or anything. the card is png format that could contain unimaginable amount of info not jpeg.

Stop fearmongering when you know nothing. They mark their cards individually, thus each cards MUST have slight difference in their data. You dont need to know anything about PNG metadata, or what magic they used to mark their card, just need to know that in the end, everything devolves into bits. Image handles bit corruption very well, if you changes a few bits it wont break. Also, KK embeds metadata as plaintext, and you can view that easily. Their hands are tied by limitation given by both file systems and KK, they cant do a magical undecipherable tracking shit.
