Is there a way to change the KKS scene to KK? I've tried, but sometimes the scene doesn't load completely, or the loading fails.

Won't be perfect, like if it's using a Sunshine map / item / pose. Have to manually modify and replace. If scenes still glitch (missing mods), install matching sideloader packs etc
