I just searched through Keiyuu's 2024 and earlier collections and confirmed that this card does not exist. It’s likely just a work-in-progress, which is why it was never publicly released and only circulated among KK creators. By the way, this is a common phenomenon—quite a few cards are shared this way, and many people simply intend to showcase their work without sharing it.
