Koikatsu and Koikatsu Sunshine have a saturation and brightness filter baked into them. There's a plugin to toggle it off, but it'll make pretty much everything need manual adjustment. Basically, when importing any texture into Koi, you have to decrease saturation by 15~20 and increase
afaik there's no way around this, but you can preview what things look like with the filter off by using "Vivid" lighting in Studio.

i got it from the archive i sourced "dude", not gonna be walking around like i got myself. theres plenty of other characters in there with unique hairstyles using accessories.

I have a question. For some characters, the skin doesn't update even after I overwrite it.
What could be the cause of this?
I'd appreciate any advice you could give me when you have time.
1) You accidentally toggled on/off on use different overlays per outfit, and a blank overlay overwrote your skin
2) Check to see if your body has any maintex or other textures that would result in them overriding the skin overlay you have. You can access both at the general tab.
3) In rarer situations, simply reloading the body or headmod (I've seen too many Umamusume mods do this
) will help you fix the above issue. T

KG's one adds an uncensor (Female [i0i0]) which is what's likely messing with the other bodies. You can fix them by changing them to a BP uncensor or something
