I don't typically use specific skin overlays, mostly just relying on normal maps to give "texture" to the feet but I've included some normal maps I use along with some body overlays I have that seem to have some foot emphasis (haven't tested out most of them)

If you have to set it to 'Is this a hairpiece, save it, then reload the model and tick the 'Match hair color' option. If that's not the case, I don't know, sorry
