Like Jakoi said, Punyunz's scenes are very well-optimized.

Worse case, you have to reinstall your koikatsu. Might be some random plugin that is causing it.
Just tried that specific scene, it loaded as normal.

that is caused by coordinate load option plugin. it's out of date, based on older more accessories plugins that have been deprecated. delete it.

if you need to only load specific parts of a coordinate card, load it onto another outfit slot, then copy/transfer over the pieces you want to the outfit slot of your choosing.
