Is it right to assume that your revamped version has all the files in other folders in it and there's no point downloading the filers from the other folders?

No, or at least I haven't seen most of the hair assets on his channel anywhere else.
Such as those from No Game No Life or Dark Gathering, and many others.
Maybe you'll find some secondary ones that someone else also ported. However, that's pretty standard. Like the same Raphtalia from Tate no Yuusha asset on peter247/mozeeiab, for example, because they had the files from the same source. But you can't really call such people resellers.
It's a shame that Picasso leaks rarely appear, especially since he has many useful anime assets on his channel.
I would most like to add Stephanie Dola from NGNL or Do Felt hair from Re Zero to my collection.
As far as I know, the only leaks at the moment are these:
Kemono
And someone else here on the forum(probably Stigma) posted the "Last Order" from Toaru Majutsu No Index

So jbbs is just another Koikatsu cards sharing forum, just like us. You can go check it if you want →jbbs. Anyone can access but only Japanese IPs are allowed to post there and vpn doesn't work there, I tried already. I started sharing kyonko and SolityL's content because there was this gomikuso guy who was doing the exact same thing as I'm doing right now, he quit a while ago, in September I think? I forgot. Then I started doing it following his step. So it's kind of the place where I started, and I don't think I should ignore them anytime soon.
Back to the question, I'm not Japanese, I attend university there, but I go back to my country during vacations. So while I'm not in Japan, I need someone else to do it for me. Hope it answers your question.

doesn't seem like it, his style of really tiny bodies compared to heads is kinda unique to him. Also the heads of his characters are far rounder than anyone else I've seen.

这个地方好像是袜子服装上的身体透明遮罩，选中了最后一张图上的选项后在材质编辑器找alpha遮罩贴图。有可能是贴图出了问题，重置或者重新加载。导出的图片一般是黄底绿色的身体透明遮罩，如果会PS可以配合导出的辅助线图自己画。
