Several headmods don't respond to gestures in sequences; very few do with blendshapes, and that's due to the process of creating a complete headmod. It takes time and tests whatever patience you might have left; that's why they're usually paid.

And regarding sequences, I'm referring to the H-scenes within Koikatsu; they're basically like this Fortnite meme (it's porn disguised as a meme).
