It messes up bodies because Koi sets it as a random default uncensor, but you can disable it from doing that by going into F1 -> Plugin Settings -> Uncensor Selector -> Random Excluded -> Female Body and selecting i0i0 (and then restarting Koi) ((haven't tested this myself but it should work))
