There's an uncensor mod variant that needs its own textures and it causes a similar look. Can you check which one you're using? Alternatively, check the body in materialeditor to see if the maintex is missing something or looks funky.Lately been obsessed with overlay,
but for some reason there's this weird patch down there?
Even trying to cover it with pubic hair doesn't work.
I'd like to ask what mod is missing?

is there an easier way to swap penises?
loaded in a new penis model but even after making the crotch the parent, it doesn't match the body motion.
also, copying the "transform" details of the original penis doesn't seem to work when I apply it to the new penis.

Due to how the game's coded, unless you know how to make it yourself, you really can't convert sunshine scenes into kk scenes without a mod or program to revert it.
EDIT: No idea if a program for that even exists, so take what I said with an extreme grain of salt

You're not missing a mod, you're missing custom textures/overlays that need to be loaded with material editor, since that is a custom uncensor(looks to be one that gives a custom anus) that was loaded by default by Koikatsu(I presume).Lately been obsessed with overlay,

So either look for the overlays and load them or just select a different uncensor from the body tab.
