In this scene, part of the shape and movement of the breast is in the Nodes Constraint, and the other part is in the TimeLine. You can try disabling the TimeLine parameter "In Scale cf_d_Bust_01_L cf_d_Bust_01_R and others related to size) and reset the settings of these bones in the KPPE. Try to do this if it doesn't help, then let's see what else you can do about it. The stage is not small by 10 minutes and there are a lot of interconnected objects.

The reason may be related to the Foreground Frame and background Frame. I had this experience when an image was selected without transparency support and it was overlaid on top of the character. Try changing it to others, maybe that's the problem.
