Take it. The card is trash anyway. It looks pretty similar to the original in-game model, WHICH IS GOOD, BUUUT in Chara Studio it doesn't work properly in almost every scene. The eyes and mouth remain static during the animation. Most of her cards in Studio aren't working as they should; the eyes and mouth aren't working in the Timeline(Test environment HF Patch v3.36). Do better next time, Rae. Be as skilled as ZNany when it comes to facial expressions.

When making cards, creators uses a lot of custom sliders, way beyond the original limits of the game. It create a lot of "imperfections" that looks like this, it's normally invisible but under certains conditions in studio it becomes visible.
In your case just try to disable the PostProcessEffects (alt+o) to see if it goes away
