Anyways, the scene is working great, well other than the penis clipping through the stomach a few times (I have FK disabled) (Not sure what's that about, have no clue how to fix it, it even happens on the default Chika/Edmin. It's probably just me though.)

Just as @saltedfish says: In the IRIS OVERLAY section, or you can just open the eye (heh... 😆) with Material Editor button & go to the Hitomi then put the texture in Main Texture.
