ok apparently you have to import them to blender, afterwards to FBX, and then back to koikatsu.

open KKPE, click advanced, go to dynamic bones, disable the bones for the character's hair

Seems like exporting models from any game then importing the models into blender is the easy part. Not sure how to export from blender back into koikatsu or that if zipmods have to be made.ok apparently you have to import them to blender, afterwards to FBX, and then back to koikatsu.

btw if someone interested, here are carl950 scenes (thanks jbb!), dont know exactly whats inside, but file size seems to be that there should be updated ones, if not full collection
