To be honest, 鐵血宰相俾斯麥 is not a good person, he used to copy or modify other people's cards and pass them off as his own.
Although he ended up drawing for himself. But he went around attacking ANTY just to satisfy his own selfish desires.
Don't believe too much in attacking ANTY's words, you'll know the quality of his card when you get it.
Besides, ANTY has been missing for a long time, and 鐵血宰相俾斯麥 is been searching for ANTY's friends on the Internet and attacking them.

At least this guy is a free author, so comparing him to trash like anty is a bit much. For non-profit authors, I can only say let them do whatever they want. Besides, he previously collaborated with solity, adding outfits to their cards for free. There's not much to say about modifying cards for private, non-profit use.

Try to disable scale of bust in timeline, than reset scale of bust in KKPE.
