First of all, I don’t know the specifics of what happened between Imai san and this author, or why you said, “oh don’t steal my stuff because I steal also from the company I make content from.” If I understood correctly, you’re implying that anyone selling Koikatsu content is stealing from ILLUSION, which isn’t true. Koikatsu is a tool, like a canvas, and a painter selling their artwork doesn’t owe anything to the canvas manufacturer. Besides, the company hasn’t even been selling Koikatsu for years.
I don’t see any issue with the author asking people to stop spreading their work. For many, this is a livelihood—especially with the dollar being so overvalued compared to other currencies. If I were a major creator, I’d adopt the system Sixpluswan uses, making scenes public after a certain time. But that’s just my approach; everyone has the right to decide if they want to charge for their work.
Does no one realize that by sharing a scene, you're hurting someone who spent days, if not weeks, creating it?
I’ve shared a lot of content myself and I’m aware I’m doing it out of personal whim, participating in the “give and take” of pirate sharing forums. But I won’t pretend I don’t know I’m causing harm.
Everything requires balance.

I don't think sharing the latest content quickly is the right answer.
If we're going to share it right away, why should people here support creators?
I don't feel like sharing anything with people who just sign up and say "give me this" right away.
Many people who only ask without sharing anything will see us as a useful tool.
I do have a desire to share with everyone the work that I think is great.
However, I don't want to discourage creators and cause the quality and frequency of posts to suffer.
Everyone here. Don't be upset if the piece you want isn't shared. Just buy it yourself. If you're lucky it will be shared.

I recently updated the RX22 version and encountered a major problem.
When I load a map with these scenes in Harada, the game crashes.
The message "Read from location 00000010 caused an access violation" appears in "error.log"
"output_log.txt" has the message "Attempted to access an incorrect address"
I used the system file checker (sfc /scannow) but it still can't be repaired.
I can't tell if it's a MOD conflict or memory corruption. Does anyone using the RX22 version have the same problem?
What I have discovered so far is that this MAP will definitely cause the game to crash.Currently, no other MAP scene game crashes have been found.
Hope someone can provide some direction to solve the problem......

After much troubleshooting i found the problem.
\mods\Sideloader Modpack - Studio\Ticklefist
one of the mods will cause a serious error.
Delete [Ticklefist][KK]SBB Library v1.0 and it will be back to normal.
Friends who have used RX22 update and encountered the same problem can refer to this.

Let’s start with something simple: selling Koikatsu scenes or characters doesn’t harm ILLUSION. On the contrary, it helps popularize the tool and extend its relevance. You won’t find a single lawsuit from ILLUSION against a content creator. None. That clause in the EULA? It’s there to protect against plagiarism from other companies, not individual creators making pocket change. No random scene creator is making millions to warrant legal action.
"Dont cry about people not respecting the law/rules when you never respected them in the first place" - Let’s talk about a basic principle called decency. You might think it’s clever to downplay the effort behind someone’s work, but when someone spends days—or even weeks—creating something, only to have it dismissed as worthless, that’s not something you should just ignore. Mocking that kind of dedication isn’t edgy—it’s disrespectful. And no amount of “they wouldn’t pay anyway” justifies devaluing the creator’s time and effort.
And by the way, I’m living proof that what you claim “never happens” actually does. I’ve personally chosen not to support certain creators because I got a specific scene for free in a forum, and I redirected that support to someone else. I guarantee you there are plenty of others in similar situations. Assuming people would still pay for content they already have access to—just because you do—is like saying everyone has the same financial means as you. That’s a serious lapse in logic.
Anyway, I reserve the right to respond since I was insulted by the colleague — judging and insulting are two different things, in case the colleague can’t tell the difference. Now, back to the scene sharing, thank you.
