Looking at your timeline layout i assume you are using the normal timeline mod. Most of the creator use that with ShaltyUtils as extra. You can try to install it in the BepInEx and check if the scene is working correctly.
Does anyone know how to fix the issue where eyelash textures appear incorrectly when loading characters in certain scenes?

as an MMD creator, this is true. Personally, I've never given money to creators that just port stuff and leave it behind a perma paywall. Early release, sure... but MMD creators make a lot of their work from scratch
Also, perma-paywall assets from other games is actually crazy... you didn't even make it, you just ported it... I started making free hairmods for this reason after finding out how easy it was... clothes are a lot harder though.
Now creators who create their own mods such as Mr. Delegado, have my utmost respect. I would still support him if I didn't lose my job. He also releases most of his cards publicly after a short time too. Nice guy.

I would if I knew how to animate with timeline. All that motion movements and coordinate pinpoints gave me calculus PTSD. I'm too much of a perfectionist so I gave up as soon as my couple hours of work only yielded a character's leg twisting around.actually if any one have some works about kk on pixiv can try ask AgentSKADI

hate someone add tags"キャラ配布(コイカツ)" and i click in found it`s friend-only or have some stupid require to get card,if you don`t want share you can just delete this tags and dont waste my time
