I didnt even knew it was possible to do THAT with fucking koikatsu, who would mod gore shit into it?, Never seen anything like that myself, at most i've seen rape and the typical netorare / cuckholdry bullshit

Yeah... On one end there are people that use Koi to make action scenes (so the gore/blood mods are used to that end) for... some reason (I joke since I do some action scenes, myself). On the other end, there are a select few that use koi to make vore/guro/ryona. It's why quite a few modders and card makers specifically mention R-18G in their distributions, because it can and has happened before to them.

But 暮色 is Muse...

Oddly, MUSE】绯莎（悠哉游人).zipmod aka sdzxy doesn't seem to work on its intended card. It might be a mod conflict of some form.
Update: There are two sdzxy mods and they're both by Muse. They interfere with one another:
muse-闪电（紫雨心）.zipmod is for a Groza/Ots-14 mod from Girls Frontline 2.
and
【MUSE】绯莎（悠哉游人).zipmod is for Fuchsia from Strinova.

Very silly.

Correct. You may also disable them in manager; whichever method is easier for you!

I must have gotten lucky lol, or maybe pixiv blocks guro stuff by default, I cant recall seeing guro at all over there (not that it would shock me anyway since im desensitized to the internet) I guess if I were a card maker I wouldn't want to be associated with those people either lol
Like to me koikatsu has been a "wholesome" game
