Ameki - Accurate to the art of various popular eroge titles. May not look great at all angles as efforts were centered on matching art from a frontal aspect. Uses mostly existing mods in the HF/BetterRepack environment, leading to slightly heavy cards at times.
Aumi - Generally good reproduction of Goddess of Victory: NIKKE characters. Slightly overloads the shininess on characters, but that can be fixed easily in maker. Makes their own mods for some equipment with decent physics.
B1li - Asset rips from Girls Frontline 2: Exillium and Umamusume: Pretty Derby! Very good accuracy overall, though subject to koi jank regarding colliders/cloth physics.
Cetol - Asset rips with some modification from various games. Leaks often lag tremendously because Cetol marks his cards. Accuracy is sometimes modified in order to better work with Koikatsu, but the general spirit of the character is closely matched.
Commando Kitty - Asset rips and head mods from various western games and media. Only get Gatito stuff if you're into Overwatch and Marvel Rivals and other things like it. Why they do this for KK and not HS2 will forever be beyond me.
DarwinP - Asset rips largely from Umamusume: Pretty Derby! Excellent accuracy and good detail. Same deal as B1li
Decopong - Faithful reproductions of Blue Archive and various other media with relatively minimal usage of custom mods. Not actually sure why they're in this archive, since I thought all their stuff is free?
Emilia - Azur Lane cards. Clothes are generally more accurate than the models, which have a sort of distinct Emilia style to them, but not a bad looking or overall unfaithful style.
HATOKO - Generally MMD asset rips. Sometimes the eyes on headmods don't even work yet this chucklefuck has the gumption to charge US$30+ per card. Still, good accuracy up front and decent mods.
Hourai Densetsu (蓬莱伝説) - Similar to HATOKO with less egregious prices.
Keiyuu - Excellent and faithful reproduction of whatever source material the card comes from (mostly games) with minimal use of custom mods. A prolific creator, too. At present, they supposedly mark their cards, but I'm still unsure how they're doing this.
Ktan - Asset rips from various Idolmaster games. Faithful to the source material to a high degree
Kyonko - Needs no introduction, given you're familiar
Ldki1018 - Various Virtual YouTubers with a special focus on Hololive. Uses minimal mods. Sometimes has bulb head issues (the sides of the forehead are wide) and sometimes textures aren't the highest resolution. Marks their cards, so availability is limited.
Lo_r - One-third of the backbone of the entire Hoyo and Wuthering Waves card ecosystem. Asset rips from various gacha games with a primary focus on Wuthering Waves, Genshin Impact, and Honkai: Star Rail. One of the exceedingly few card makers that makes male cards. Like all card makers that rely on headmods, expect some jank when loading the character into scenes.
LR_LR - Somewhat limited selection generally from Blue Archive and Azur Lane, makes corrupted forms of some characters but generally good reproductions of others. Minimal mod use.
Ltsuki - Asset rips from MANY MANY games. They're overcharge for their cards for the quality of their cards. I hesitate to suggest Ltsuki, but the sheer breadth of IPs Ltsuki's ripped from is unmatched.
Makinovs - Mostly makes various anime cards. Can't remark much on them.
Makise - The second third of the backbone of the entire Hoyo card ecosystem. Cards are... somewhat meh but the asset rips are generally good enough. Faithful, but relatively basic. They don't do any ABMX edits to speak of, nor do they go through the same effort as Kyonko when it comes to redrawing textures. Still, it's really just faithful enough.
MAXIM (Arctic Fox) - I forget what they do... I think it's Azur Lane and NIKKE with a bit of Taimanin? But, I remember them being faithful enough to the art of whatever they do.
Newbie - Many headmods. Many IPs. Such wow.
ooojun - Some Umamusume goodness.
pis - Various anime waifu reproductions. A lot of their stuff these days is free out of early access. I like them.
PPT - Largely Girls Frontline 2: Exillium stuff.
Seimei Abe - Specializes in Arknights and a few other CN gacha games. Generally good, I guess? Not great, though.
SFB - Probably the best headmods in koi. Just kind of okay at everything else. Generally makes Hololive vtuber cards, but has done other stuff.
Shibal - Very faithful cards of various Hoyo game characters (mostly Honkai Impact 3rd). Makes weapon mods!
SillyCat653 - Various stuff ranging from vtubers to Touhou. Minimal use of mods, though also pretty minimal collection
SingerYue - Makes various doujin/eromanga characters. Great reproductions with minimal use of mods.
SolityL - Focuses largely on Azur Lane and Blue Archive and makes their own mods. Very high quality.
Sunset Rayline - Mostly Girls Frontline 2: Exilium stuff, if I remember correctly? I forget.
suou - Various anime IPs. Cards are marked, so throughput is low.
unagi4545 - Various anime IPs. Cards are marked and they have a frankly awful personality. Ripping from unagi is a service to humanity. That said, their reproductions range from middling to awful, but I suggest them for a similar reason to Ltsuki (huh... guess there's a pattern) in that they just make a tremendous amount of varied cards that are at least mostly-sorta-kinda passingly representative of the IPs they are trying to reproduce.
User-Workshop-VM - Uh..... Good. Yeah.
Xion - Absolutely sublime reproductions of various anime, game, and vtuber characters. If their shit wasn't so overpriced I'd have a high opinion of them. Sometimes the physics on their hair mods is extremely jank, but visually in static scenes everything Xion makes is just good.
zhezhicheny - The final third of the Hoyo card making ecosystem. Like Makise, their cards are faithful but also very basic. Lately he's taken on a bit of a style, so the accuracy has suffered a bit. But, the asset rips are good and the general idea is always there.
ねむ (Qlonemu) - Generally accurate reproductions of various Vtubers using minimal mods. The archives are pretty much the only place you'll find VSPO! vtuber cards now since Sanrio decided to force VSPO's parent company to ban R-18 derivative works.
夕水坊 (Xishuifang) - Good to great reproductions of Azur Lane characters.
審判 (JuedgeNitta) - If they released their mods for free, they'd be another pillar of the gacha game card making ecosystem, but they don't. Cards themselves are just kinda okay, but a very wide breadth of asset rips with acceptable physics.
琴觞 [Qinshang] (kkscqs) - Makes Hoyo cards, mostly. Bases their cards on various fanart outfits from around the fandom, rather than the source IPs.
