Request Missing(?) mods problem, please help

I need some help. I seem to be missing a mod, even though I already have the mod in question. Confusing, I know. When I try to load a scene, it says I'm missing a mod, even though I already have the mods, multiple versions even.





Pay no attention to the mod at the bottom of the first picture, I'm actually missing that one, though it would be nice if you guys would also provide it for me.
