Since I don't want to clog the main Sharing Request Thread with all the updates I'm posting my edited out Girls Frontline 2 cards here.

The point of edits is to make them as close to the GF2 models as it's possible, but with focus on getting the body proportions right and then the colors and other stuff.

As an example

All these cards can be quite performance heavy since I use KKUTS_Tess and xukmi Tess shaders in some cases (to fix the clipping issues, or for the fluff effect or improve how the body looks like).

The list of the used mods or textures is in the credits.txt in each zip file.

(Feb 22, 2026) Changes compared to the versions posted in the main sharing topic:
Global changes:
- Dorm outfit adjustments, fixed all the clipping issues
- Adjusted the skin effect/texture to make it a little bit closer to the one from GF2
- Some minor body changes
- Fixed some issues related to shadows in Studio

Suomi:
- Replaced the hair textures, doesn't use the SolityL's texture anymore, but a custom one (based on the original GF2 texture)
- Adjusted the colors of various outfits to make them look closer to the ones from GF2
- Added the fluff effect/texture to a few outfits

Papasha
- Adjusted the hair texture, painted the highlight effect over it
- Adjustments to the colors of a few outfits, switched around some parts etc.
- Fixed the skirt related issues, so when the physics just simply didn't work, now it works and it's adjusted through the DBDE plugin to reduce possible clipping
- Added the fluff effect/texture to a few outfits

Flornce
- Added two new outfits (the weird hair issue in one of them cannot be fixed, or at least not from KK)

Centaureissi
- Adjusted skirt physics stuff through the DBDE plugin to reduce possible clipping
- Adjusted the hair gloss texture for the swimsuit outfits

Basti
- Adjusted the hair texture
- Adjusted skirt physics stuff through the DBDE plugin to reduce possible clipping

Lewis
- Adjusted skirt physics stuff through the DBDE plugin to reduce possible clipping

(Mar 18, 2026) Changes
Added a new card:
Sakura
The Juedge's zipmod is most likely the 3d model from the older game version since it doesn't really much the one from the international version, but I still tried to make it quite close to the original, though in some cases I kept the older colors

Updated cards:
Suomi
- Changed the shoes in the default outfit (from a different zipmod)
- Slightly changed the neck area in the default outfit

Papasha
- Some changes to the default outfit, mainly around the neck

There are probably more changes to these two above, but I forgot what exactly did I change

Basti
- Minor adjustments to the default outfit

I'll probably upload another card in around 1-2 weeks

It's based on Juedge's mods and it's really not easy to get some outfit parts look correct while keeping the body proportions like in the GF2, so for example if I just go for correct proportions it will mess up some parts like the red scarf, so I had to figure out some middle ground.
There were the same issues with the other outfit, especially the neck area.

Obviously what you see on the images is very much "work in progress"



I'll probably need to change the outfit colors as well since these are not really 100% correct in a few cases

As a comparison there's the original Juedge's card


I also tried to improve the Suomi card and a few of her outfits around the neck, so I had to make it less accurate to the GF2 model, but it still looks very well:


Papasha also got some improvements, so a few adjustments to the clothes etc.

I'll upload them all at the same time once I'm done with the Sakura card

Added the Sakura card to the first post.

Based on Juedge's zipmod, but with completely different body proportions to match the ingame model and color adjustements (not perfect since the game uses many different color filters in the dorm and refitting room and crew deck).

For the face and hair color this was the main reference since it doesn't seem to have any filters applied:

Honestly I have no idea where from is that outfit model since the one here seems to match the ingame one:

Same about the one from the official Chinese website.

Overall the card is far from perfect.

Recent HF Patch is for sure required to use this one since I applied many clothes as accessories to fix some issues or make some improvised "shifted" state for the legwear.

It's a shame you can't apply the same shader and lighting in Koikatsu Studio as in GIRLS' FRONTLINE 2: EXILIUM. I really don't like the transparency in the shoes of the new Groza (OTs-14) skin in that mod made by judge.

About the shader and lighting stuff, you probably could if you played with PostProcessingEffects mod and xukmi shaders in the Studio, so these:
And then combine that with the default Studio's options as well (so Shade and Shade 2 from Color Adjustments etc.)
But that would be a lot of work.

About that new Groza mod, show the picture of the issue, maybe I'll be able to help, or give me the link to the mod if it was shared on this forum somewhere.

Edit.
I checked the Juedge's pixiv and then a video showing how it looks like in GF2 and yeah, it's a mess, but for sure can be improved to make it look like in the game.
