I remember Uck's cards being pretty popular in the past, but looking at em now kinda leaves a lot to be desired..

No, those custom cards he doesn’t sell can only be obtained by trading with others who also commissioned custom ones. Unless those ultra-rich guys decide to share them themselves, there’s no way to get them.

It's listed on his patreon for £13 so I don't think it's one of his ultra rare ones at least. I don't know how exactly his distribution methods work though so there might be more to it.

It depends on how it was animated. Sometimes, author of the scene makes movable folder with constraint part, so you look for it and move.

If there isn't one, you'll have to dig into "KKPE - advanced mode - bones - check "modified", select anything related to mouth, uncheck "modified" and move any mouth part you see.
There could also be some other ways, i just described the way most popular authors animate mouth
