The blurry one is a result of depth of field. Two places to check that are post processing effects, generally access through shift+p if installed, or in the system-scene effects menu.

The belly penis may be because better penetration is not working or setup properly. Make sure the female is using a BP body with BP enabled and the male is using a BP cock with BP enabled, targeting the vajayjay. The are found by selecting the character in the workspace then going to anim-current state and scrolling down to Uncensor Selector and Better Penetration.

1. Either PostProcessingEffects' depth of field is turned on (press f1, search for depth of field and turn it off),
or turn it off in System -> Scene Effects -> Depth Of Field
2. The most common fix is selecting the male character, right clicking KKPE, searching for dan_entry, selecting it then clicking Default
