I'm not gonna chew out someone for posting them as I'm personally eager to have their Constance card, but as long as it's a few days since release it should be cool, the point being to make sure people who make an effort to make their content free after a moment aren't discouraged from creating. "One hand washing the other" if you will.
There's some sort of new plugin with Patreon where you can either spiun off your website from it or connect Patreon to the website to make it your store/payment processor and that's what he's using.
Not a loss to be honest because the last time he made a good scene imho was his Evelyn one from early this year January I think. He's yet another one of those whose increased paywalling coincided with the quality going down
I have no idea what's happening to KK paywallers but they're having a rough time, my guess is added fees + added scrutiny from governments and censorships. Like I said, they paint themselves in a corner with this shit, it's well deserved
The reason why even in capitalism you want to strive to avoid monopolies is because people exploiting those are always dirtbags. They found a niche where people have no choice but to support them and are damn well intent on making sure they have to deal with their ego.
People like Gue/Cue/whateverthefuckschizonamehehasnow have circumvented this by putting a huge disclaimer on their pages (likely because this happened multiple times to them) that "membership is for support to the artist and in no way guarantees rewards" in order to rebuke forced refund requests for non-delivery
Just so people understand the depths paywallers currently are at

I want to ask if this is a zipmod you created yourself or one you suspect has been modified.
Resolution failed [1.25] - Here's the error message, and I can assume the following: normally, the scale in Blender used to adjust models for Koikatsu is 0.001. If we compare this to the 1.25 shown, we're talking about a model the size of a country within Koikatsu's calculations (of course, if we're talking about purely OBJ models like those on Sketchfab). That's why it's always good to have an OBJ body and head extracted from the Material Editor as a guide. On the other hand, models you import from MMD, SFM, or XPS usually have a more measured and moderate scale. Also, regarding the polygon count, they usually don't exceed 8,000 or 10,000, because I've seen zipmods that load models with 500,000 polygons, and that significantly impacts performance. It doesn't matter how powerful the PC is; it's more of a game issue and how it loads zipmods.

I just made a few free zipmods in the past and I'd rather not my user be thrown out here publicly. i've already had to deal with paywallers in MMD and Sims 4 communities, I was upset to see yet another modding community I joined go this same route.
all I'll say is I do have mods that are included in versions of better repack. I doubt they get much use, but...

I'm not the right person to give clear information about Honey Select and its community. I've played the game, but beyond that, I haven't really gotten involved. The only thing I can say is that a lot of what's been done for Honey Select, like zipmods or its own base content, such as BGM and HS, has been exported and organized into zipmods for Koikatsu, in addition to the other zipmods created by the community. I'd even say that many people get hooked on Koikatsu and use Honey Select as a supplement because some H-poses have slight variations in animation and physics.
But I'm not going to say they're a small group either. I encourage you to look for their Discord server; you can find them as an affiliate with an invitation link within the Koikatsu Discord.

How come the zipmod makers are usually so bad at making cards itself, so far I have seen actually a few that actually try to make the body settings somewhat right, the rest just takes the default char, change a few sliders and call it a day.
I would expect some more effort put into that especially in case of the paid ones.
Anyway, if someone is looking for the Soumi card from GF2 (with the new outfits) then I'll probably be uploading it next week (once I'm done making the card around the zipmods myself).

Yeah I'm not saying they don't exist, I've stumbled over one of those chinese reseller sites too for HS2 and what nots.
It's just that the leak scene for it seems comparatively waaaay less active than KK.
I mean the newest HanmenGraphics Mod Plugin version I don't see getting leaked around, and the Kemono post of it has a dead link among other things.

Speaking of which I'm thinking of completing the collection since he seems to be MIA, but I'm literally missing only the latest scene and it kind of feels bad to fork over 500 yen for that one png. Maybe come January.
