Hi, has anyone been able to solve this problem?

I've been trying for about 4 hours with the same results.

I'm actually having the exact same problem i believe it might be a mod or card from this website

It´s a corrupted card, remove your most recent cards from the folder and try adding them back gradually until you find the corrupted card.
But if I had to guess what card recently shared is causing this, I think it´s Upiuu's Zest card.
I could be wrong, but it seems that card has already been converted to normal KK, so converting it back to Sunshine seems to be causing problems. This happens with some cards on Bepis too, when the author make a card on Sunshine, but then convert and shared it to help normal KK users, it causes the card to be unable to be converted on KKS. I think the only way to fix it is if someone resaves that card on regular KK and shares it here again, I believe it will allow the card to be converted on KKS again.

The problem was that I had my character cards in several subfolders, and the last time I downloaded one that wasn't mine was a few days ago, and the problem only recently reappeared today.

Update:
I recently moved everything to the Chara folder (no subfolders), deleted duplicates, and although the problem persisted, I was forced to move the (old) folder to create a new one, despite the delay that this causes. Also, starting with the console active, I had to force (press enter) the game to start with the parameters preset by the hf patch. This caused the cards to load again, although it did take a while to start (even though I'm using an SSD and have plenty of RAM).

Anyway, thanks boss, moving the folders and checking them is what also helped the game not crash on this restart attempt. 😉

In kks, it seems the overlay plugin is having issues loading certain textures, the body alpha mask itself, and also the bra alpha mask. This is a problem I've also had. My advice, or the advice anyone would give you, is to create your own body alpha mask using a canvas (in PS, Gimp, or Krita—which I use), although this is also a surgical-level task because it's a trial-and-error process. A tip: to create these without having the resolution issue, you can also export a base body/bra alpha mask that you can use to modify it (click "Dumb original texture").

Yellow is everything visible (R255 G255 B 0) and green is what you want to hide (R 0 G255 B 0).

Of course, I'm telling you this for something more customized, because your problem is with an already created card.

Update: I took it upon myself to find this model and break it down using:

And I extracted the body alpha masks that could be found in the card data that kks itself can't load. I only managed to find one. If it needs editing, you already know how to use it. I'm sharing it with you via GoFile because I don't know if the image will retain its resolution or quality when uploaded to a cloud.
